Amanda Buchanan

I have been working with and developing leaders for over a decade, including pastors, business owners, volunteer leaders and entrepreneurs. I've had the privilege of being a Lead Pastor in a multi-staff church, an Associate Pastor with a focus in discipleship and worship and worked and volunteered with other organizations and non-profits..

 

My coaching process is meant to ENGAGE the strengths, values and vision of each individual, believing that we can discover a way forward together. I find great delight to EQUIP those I coach with confidence in who they are and to EMPOWER them to lead from that place.

As a consultant, I work closely with leaders, teams and organizations to gain clarity and maximize seasons of transition. I deeply value organizational integrity and will collaborate to implement vision and values throughout the entire organization. I also help boards and leadership teams develop strategic goals and plans.

I have a Masters of Divinity with a focus on clinical counselling and am an ordained pastor with Anchor Ministerial Fellowship. I am also training as an Associate Certified Coach the International Coaching Federation.
